Role Overview
We are seeking dedicated individuals to join our team as Customer Service Officers in Accra. This role requires candidates who are eager to contribute positively and have relevant qualifications and experience.
Qualifications and Experience
- HND or equivalent qualification from a recognized institution is mandatory.
- Applicants must possess at least two years of work experience in customer service or related roles.
- Proficiency in computer usage is essential.
- Strong communication skills are advantageous.
