About the Role

CareVicinity is an expanding platform that connects care workers with individuals in need of support, emphasizing the integration of AI and automation to optimize workflows and reduce administrative burdens. The role of Outbound Customer Service Officer centers on fulfilling job requirements by actively sourcing and recruiting care providers aligned with specific client needs. The position demands high-volume, phone-based engagement and contributes to maintaining quality support through continuous client and worker interaction.

Key Responsibilities

  • Proactively identify and recruit suitable support workers tailored to client job profiles and care criteria.
  • Execute over 80 outbound calls daily to engage potential workers, explain opportunities, and onboard them to the CareVicinity platform.
  • Leverage multiple sourcing methods to develop a pipeline of candidates for present and future client demands.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to comprehend job details and match appropriate candidates for fulfilment.
  • Maintain ongoing communication with prospective workers during recruitment and onboarding phases to ensure smooth process flow.
  • Provide assistance to clients concerning platform use and daily inquiries via phone, email, and chat.
  • Coordinate with Compliance and Accounts departments to facilitate readiness of new workers to deliver services.
  • Ensure accurate, up-to-date records of clients, workers, and job info within organizational systems.

  • Base salary of $70,000 plus superannuation and potential performance incentives up to $15,000.
