• Handle both inbound and outbound customer inquiries with professionalism and empathy.
• Accurately prepare and maintain data necessary for loan settlements.
• Assist customers with routine account management and administrative questions.
• Quickly identify customer needs and provide positive, effective solutions.
• Collaborate with internal teams to guarantee a smooth and seamless customer experience.

Candidate Requirements

• Minimum of one year experience in customer service roles.
• Strong verbal and written communication capabilities.
• A positive and customer-centered disposition.
• Excellent listening and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency with computers, including Microsoft Office applications.
• Capacity to excel in a dynamic, team-oriented setting.
• Eligibility to work full-time in Australia.
