Role Overview

The position of Customer Service Executive is a full-time, on-site role located in Kochi, Kerala. The executive will be responsible for addressing resident inquiries through calls, emails, and face-to-face interactions. Key duties include delivering clear information regarding accommodation solutions, company policies, and services, managing bookings support, resolving complaints, and ensuring high satisfaction across the resident experience.

Primary Responsibilities

  • Respond promptly and effectively to resident questions via phone, email, and in-person communication.
  • Provide accurate information about accommodation options, policies, and related services.
  • Assist with booking procedures and resolve any resident concerns or complaints.
  • Maintain up-to-date records of all interactions and communications.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to address service issues and ensure timely resolution.
  • Follow up with residents to confirm issue resolution and satisfaction.
  • Collect resident feedback to identify service improvement opportunities.
  • Contribute to promotional or informational campaigns related to Autumn Rooms’ offerings.

Qualifications and Skills

  • Strong interpersonal abilities with a customer-centric approach.
  • Proficiency in customer service and support to effectively handle inquiries and issues.
  • Competence in maintaining customer satisfaction and managing service delivery.
  • Excellent verbal and written English communication skills; familiarity with local languages is a plus.
  • Ability to work effectively on-site, manage time, and handle multiple tasks in a dynamic environment.
  • Experience in customer-facing roles, hospitality, or accommodation services preferred.
  • Basic computer skills and knowledge of customer service or CRM software preferred.
  • Educational background in hospitality, business, or related disciplines is advantageous but not mandatory.
