Customer Service Executive

Position Overview

We are seeking a Customer Service Executive to join our team at our Woodlands location. This full-time role operates on a five-day workweek, with daily working hours from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM. The position offers a salary of up to $3500.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage customer inquiries and perform order follow-ups efficiently.
• Serve as a liaison between customers and internal teams to ensure smooth operations.
• Monitor delivery timelines and keep track of order statuses.
• Handle fundamental documentation and support administrative tasks.

Candidate Requirements

• Possess at least 2 years of relevant experience in the manufacturing sector.
• Experience in customer service or coordination roles is advantageous.
• Strong communication abilities and organizational skills are essential.
