Role Overview

The Customer Service Executive will manage daily customer communications by handling inquiries, courier bookings, shipment tracking, and delivery challenges. This full-time position located onsite in Malappuram entails collaboration with operational teams including drivers and logistics personnel to guarantee prompt and correct deliveries. Key duties include addressing customers via phone, email, and in-person visits, resolving complaints, maintaining accurate records in internal systems, adhering to company policies, promoting services, and enhancing overall client satisfaction and loyalty.

Qualifications and Requirements

• Excellent interpersonal skills to communicate clearly and develop rapport with customers and staff.
• Proficient in customer service and support to professionally respond to inquiries and solve problems.
• Skilled in customer satisfaction management to monitor service quality and aid ongoing improvements.
• Fluency in spoken and written English; familiarity with local languages is advantageous.
• Basic computer skills and experience with CRM or customer service software.
