About the Role
Join Coral Bling Services as a Customer Service Associate based in Thane West, Maharashtra, providing frontline support for HSBC credit card customers. This role involves managing inbound calls, delivering accurate product details, and promoting credit card offers, while adhering to banking standards and maintaining high customer satisfaction.
Primary Responsibilities
- Respond promptly to inbound customer inquiries regarding HSBC credit card services.
- Provide clear and precise information about products and resolve client concerns effectively.
- Promote and cross-sell credit card schemes and offers to enhance customer engagement.
- Ensure excellent customer service quality and satisfaction levels are maintained.
- Adhere strictly to relevant banking protocols and internal company policies.
Candidate Requirements
- Minimum of one year experience in customer service, preferably within banking, credit card, or financial service sectors.
- Residency in Thane West is mandatory.
- Exceptional English communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in problem-solving and sales skills, particularly cross-selling.
- Capability to work rotational day shifts with two weekly off days that rotate.
- Preference for immediate joiners or those available within a short notice period.
- Comfort and willingness to work from the Thane office location.
