Job Responsibilities

• Engage with U.S.-based mortgage customers via chat to address servicing inquiries.
• Provide assistance on payment-related concerns and postforbearance options.
• Support users with issues concerning their digital mortgage accounts.

Requirements

• Excellent proficiency in written and spoken English.
• Strong customer handling skills to effectively manage client interactions.
• Typing speed of at least 35 words per minute.
• Open to fresh graduates as well as candidates with up to 12 years of experience.
• Educational qualifications including B.Sc, B.B.A./B.M.S, B.Com, or B.A. in any specialization.

Additional Information

• This role is based in Chennai and requires working on night shifts aligned with U.S. business hours.
• Work is conducted from the office, not remote, with cab services provided for commutes between home and workplace.
