About the Role
Kormax seeks a detail-oriented and customer-focused professional to join their Palmerston North office as a Customer Service and Sales Support Specialist. In this dynamic position, you will be the key liaison connecting customers with our teams in sales, supply chain, and warehousing across Australia and New Zealand, ensuring accurate order processing and timely communications.
Primary Responsibilities
- Manage customer inquiries and orders comprehensively from initiation through to completion.
- Deliver excellent administrative and sales support consistently.
- Ensure customer data is diligently maintained and accurate.
- Collaborate across departments to provide a smooth and integrated customer experience.
- Establish and nurture strong customer relationships while enhancing product knowledge.
- Identify opportunities for customer support improvements and contribute to sales growth.
