Role Overview

The Customer Service Agent/Representative acts as the primary point of contact representing Minimalist, responsible for addressing customer questions and issues professionally and efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage customer complaints received via phone or written communication by resolving issues promptly or escalating them to the appropriate department or management when necessary.
• Provide comprehensive customer care by responding to inquiries, tracking shipments, and updating customers on their order status.
• Engage in abandoned cart recovery by contacting customers who have not finalized their purchases to understand obstacles and encourage completion of transactions.
• Handle inbound sales calls with customers who initiated purchases but did not finish, identifying reasons and facilitating order completion.

Qualifications and Skills

• Minimum one year (preferably over two years) of experience in Sales, Marketing, or Customer Representation, ideally within a startup or e-commerce environment.
• Familiarity with communication and customer management tools such as Social Media platforms, WhatsApp, and Monday.com.
• Preferably holding a Bachelor's degree.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication abilities in Khaleeji Arabic.
• Excellent proficiency in English communication, both spoken and written.
