Job Responsibilities
- Manage 40 to 50 inbound calls daily concerning e-commerce retail service inquiries.
- Ensure delivery of superior customer service aligned with predefined Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
Candidate Eligibility
Applicants must have a minimum of one year of prior experience and be residents of Jaipur.
