Job Overview

Join the Hamilton team of a prominent radiology network and impact patient experiences from the very first interaction. This permanent, full-time role is structured with a Monday to Friday schedule, offering shifts between 7:00 AM and 5:00 PM. As a Customer Service Administrator in the Contact Centre, you will serve as the initial point of contact for patients, guiding them with empathy, professionalism, and care through their appointment process.

Key Duties

• Promptly responding to phone calls for appointment bookings across the Hamilton region while professionally addressing patient inquiries.
• Providing compassionate and understanding support during patient communications.
• Working collaboratively with fellow contact centre agents to meet established service level objectives.
• Building strong relationships with technical and clerical teams, patients, and referring parties.

Candidate Profile

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong organizational abilities with experience managing appointments efficiently.
• Competence in juggling multiple systems and technologies.
• Ability to connect and empathize with a diverse patient population, leveraging personal life experiences to enhance patient support.
• Previous experience in a contact centre setting is advantageous, but not mandatory as comprehensive training is provided, including education on radiology procedures.
