Job Overview
Join Landmark Group as a Customer Sales Executive based in Chennai, Tamil Nadu. This role involves maintaining high standards of customer service and operational procedures within the store environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Uphold Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and ensure consistent service quality.
- Handle cashiering duties and manage stock effectively.
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards throughout the store premises.
- Demonstrate professional grooming and exhibit courteous behavior towards all guests.
- Engage with customers across floor, Point of Sale (POS), rides, and play areas smoothly without complaints.
- Collaborate and communicate efficiently with team members.
- Possess complete knowledge of all operation-related SOPs.
- Represent the brand as a positive ambassador.
- Provide a safe and hassle-free environment for customers to enhance their experience.
Eligibility and Educational Requirements
- Preferably completed 10th grade, PUC / Higher Secondary Certificate (HSc), or be a graduate in any discipline.
- Good communication skills coupled with a pleasant and energetic personality.
