Job Overview

We are looking for a driven and energetic Outbound Tele Sales Representative to join our expanding team. The position entails reaching out to Merchants to introduce our services, create sales opportunities, and accomplish sales objectives.

Key Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to Merchants to present our service offerings.
• Develop and sustain strong, enduring client relationships.
• Clearly communicate features, advantages, and pricing details to Merchants.
• Meet or exceed monthly established sales targets.
• Work collaboratively with colleagues to improve outcomes.

Requirements

• Prior experience in outbound sales or telesales roles is preferred.
• Strong verbal communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Effective time management and task prioritization skills.
• Excellent negotiation capabilities.

Additional Information

This role is fully work-from-office located at Saki Naka, Mumbai. Salary offered is up to 29,000 INR per month plus Provident Fund benefits. Both male and female candidates are welcome to apply. Fluency in Hindi and excellent command of English is required.
