This position involves managing customer interactions primarily related to personal loan products, ensuring effective service and customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
- Attend and manage customer calls using the CRM platform.
- Identify and comprehend customers' loan prerequisites.
- Describe personal loan offerings to potential borrowers.
- Conduct follow-ups with customers showing interest in loan products.
- Gather necessary documentation from clients.
- Work in conjunction with back-office teams to smoothen loan processing.
- Ensure timely and successful dispersal of loans.
- Maintain ongoing positive relationships with customers.
Candidate Requirements
- Applicants must have completed 12th grade; undergraduate, graduate, and postgraduate candidates are also eligible.
- Open to freshers with no prior experience required.
- Effective communication capabilities.
- Ability to persuade and influence customers.
- Fundamental knowledge of computer operations.
Compensation and Benefits
The salary range offered is ₹10,000 to ₹20,000 per month, supplemented by performance-based bonuses and incentives.
