About the Role
We are seeking a Customer Relationship Officer to join TCI Express Ltd. at their Chandivali, Sakinaka Mumbai location. This role primarily involves managing both incoming and outgoing customer communications while ensuring a high level of service and satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle inbound and outbound phone calls with customers.
- Address and resolve customer inquiries and complaints effectively.
- Monitor the status of shipments and provide timely updates to clients.
- Collaborate with internal departments to facilitate issue resolution and information flow.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
Candidate Requirements
- Possess strong verbal communication skills.
- Have fundamental knowledge of computer operations.
- Demonstrate aptitude in dealing with customers courteously and professionally.
- Completed minimum education of 12th grade or graduation.
Additional Information
- Compensation package ranges between ₹14,500 and ₹16,000 monthly.
- Working hours from 9:30 AM to 6:00 PM, Monday through Saturday.
- This position is suitable for candidates with zero to two years of experience.
