Role Overview

The role involves proactively contacting potential clients via outbound calls to introduce and promote products or services. The ideal candidate will engage customers by understanding their needs, addressing queries effectively, and guiding them towards purchase decisions.

Key Responsibilities

• Initiate outbound telephone communication with prospective customers to present offerings and generate sales.
• Clearly articulate product and service information to prospective clients to facilitate informed buying.
• Comprehend and respond to customer requirements and inquiries thoughtfully and accurately.
• Pursue follow-up communications with interested parties to advance lead conversion.
• Consistently meet or exceed set sales targets on daily, weekly, and monthly timelines.
• Accurately maintain records of customer interactions and contact information for follow-up and tracking.
• Develop and nurture enduring relationships with clients to enhance sales and customer loyalty.

Compensation

The position offers a monthly remuneration range from INR 18,000 to 24,000.
