Job Overview
This role involves direct interaction with customers primarily via phone or video calls to assist them in operating new machines and troubleshooting existing ones. The Customer Relationship Manager will guide customers through the installation process, explain product functionality, and offer solutions for any problems encountered with machines.
Primary Responsibilities
- Communicate with customers over phone or video calls to help with new machine installations.
- Provide clear instructions on machine operation to ensure proper use.
- Identify and troubleshoot issues related to older machines.
- Inform customers about necessary part replacements and associated procedures.
