Customer Relationship Executive

Overview

Shashila Healthy Master is seeking a proactive Customer Relationship Executive (CRE) based in Bangalore to foster strong connections with our clientele. The role requires a customer-oriented individual adept at managing communications and enhancing customer satisfaction through continuous engagement and support.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct outbound calls to designated customers, ensuring consistent follow-ups.
• Develop and sustain enduring relationships with customers.
• Assess customer needs and deliver relevant product or service details.
• Address customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback with professionalism, collaborating with internal teams for prompt problem resolution.
• Log customer communications, follow-up actions, and order statuses in CRM software or Microsoft Excel.
• Meet daily targets for calls, follow-ups, and engaging customers.
• Keep precise records of all customer interactions.
• Ensure each customer interaction results in a positive experience.

Qualifications and Skills

• Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
• Strong skills in managing customer relationships and client interactions.
• Basic proficiency in computers, including MS Excel, MS Word, Email, and CRM platforms.
• Confident, professional communication style.
• Positive mindset with eagerness to learn and progress.
• Effective organizational and time management capabilities.

Language Proficiency

• English: Required
• Hindi: Advantageous
• Familiarity with Kannada or other regional languages is a plus.

Educational Background

Applicants should be graduates or undergraduates; both freshers and experienced candidates are invited to apply.

Working Schedule

The position requires availability Monday through Saturday.

Compensation

The role offers a monthly salary ranging from 15000 to 18000 INR.
