Job Overview
Join Prominent Hygiene Chemical Products as a Customer Relationship Executive based in Indore, Madhya Pradesh. In this role, you will serve as the primary contact for clients, managing communication and ensuring smooth order processing and client satisfaction.
Key Duties
- Manage all client interactions via phone calls and WhatsApp messages efficiently and professionally.
- Accurately register and record client orders, ensuring full understanding of their requirements.
- Liaise closely with the Accounts, Production, and Dispatch teams to monitor the status of orders and provide timely updates.
- Review financial documents such as invoices, ledgers, outstanding payments, and prior transactions in Tally as needed.
- Conduct timely and courteous follow-ups with clients on pending and overdue payments to maintain financial discipline.
- Address and resolve client queries relating to orders, payments, and services promptly.
- Maintain continuous engagement with existing customers as well as prospective clients to stimulate repeat orders and explore new sales opportunities.
- Notify clients about relevant product offerings and identify chances for upselling.
- Keep thorough and organized records and ensure follow-through until issues are fully resolved.
Additional Information
The offered monthly salary ranges between INR 20,000 and INR 30,000. This position requires the role to be executed onsite at Indore.
