Job Overview
We are seeking a Customer Relations Specialist to join our team in Pune, Maharashtra. The ideal candidate will be responsible for welcoming customers, understanding their needs, and ensuring a professional and satisfying customer experience at our valeting and detailing service center.
Key Responsibilities
- Greet customers courteously and assess their service requirements accurately.
- Record and maintain detailed customer and vehicle information for each visit.
- Examine vehicles and suggest appropriate service options tailored to customer needs.
- Promote additional relevant services to customers and proactively follow up to generate future business opportunities.
- Manage phone and WhatsApp inquiries, schedule appointments, handle payments, and keep daily records of customer interactions.
- Coordinate efficiently with service technicians to facilitate timely order execution and completion.
Requirements and Skills
- Basic computer proficiency is essential to manage records and communications effectively.
- Good communication skills to interact professionally with customers and team members.
Compensation
The position offers a monthly salary in the range of 10,000 to 20,000 INR.
