About the Role

Join IDEXX as a Customer Relations Representative and play an essential role in delivering top-notch customer service in a purpose-driven and fast-paced environment. In this hybrid position reporting to the Customer Service Manager, you will serve as a welcoming and knowledgeable first contact for veterinary clients, assisting them with state-of-the-art diagnostic solutions. Your empathy and problem-solving skills will ensure every interaction leaves a positive impact for both animals and their caregivers.

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as a vital team member providing comprehensive support to customers, maintaining high standards of service.
• Manage customer interactions and efficiently resolve inquiries.
• Keep accurate records and monitor all customer data and requests.
• Foster customer loyalty and promote education via proactive engagement.
• Provide valuable feedback to help drive business improvements.
• Participate in detailed training on IDEXX products and services.
• Work a full-time schedule from Monday to Friday with a rotating roster between 7:30 am and 7:30 pm, including occasional Saturday mornings.

Candidate Profile

• Demonstrated enthusiasm for delivering outstanding customer experiences while handling a high volume of calls and emails daily.
• Exceptional verbal communication skills, especially over the phone.
• Self-motivated with strong initiative and the ability to collaborate effectively within a team.
• High level of computer proficiency and capable of applying sound problem-solving abilities.
• Prior knowledge of veterinary or scientific diagnostic fields is preferred but not essential since thorough training will be provided.
