Customer Relations Executive

About the Role

Pmpk Wealth Private Limited is seeking a Customer Relations Executive based in Ranchi, Jharkhand. This position is focused on managing relationships with an extensive client base of over 6000 existing customers, without any sales targets or the need to generate new leads. Selected candidates will undergo comprehensive training on Mutual Funds and Insurance to equip them for effective client engagement.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain relationships with 6000+ current clients, providing ongoing support and service.
• Meet clients to explain basic financial concepts and address their queries in a supportive manner.
• Assist in daily office operations, including documentation and lead follow-ups within the existing database.
• Contribute to marketing activities aimed at engaging the current clientele.
• Operate in a pressure-free environment focused on client retention and quality service rather than sales targets.
