Responsibilities

• Manage both incoming and outgoing calls to comprehend customer needs thoroughly.
• Provide clear explanations about products and services, address inquiries, and professionally manage customer objections.
• Engage in persistent follow-ups with leads to convert them into successful sales outcomes.
• Consistently meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales goals while nurturing robust customer relationships.
• Maintain precise and up-to-date records of customer details, call interactions, and follow-up actions in CRM systems or Excel sheets.

Compensation

The role offers a monthly remuneration ranging from 15,000 INR to 23,000 INR.
