Customer Fulfilment Representative

Role Overview and Key Duties

This role involves managing comprehensive import and export operations, including the preparation and issuance of necessary shipping documents, coordinating and arranging logistics, and performing follow-ups. You will be responsible for processing orders and analyzing them according to company guidelines related to shipment planning and inventory management.

Additionally, supporting customers by providing accurate information regarding product availability, shipment schedules, pricing, and other sales-related processing details is essential. The role also includes creating sales orders, outbound deliveries, shipment records, and invoices within SAP, ensuring data accuracy for tax, pricing, and product-related elements.

Handling customer complaints involves receiving and directing them to appropriate departments. Keeping SAP updated with the latest order information, such as shipping and arrival dates, through systematic reporting is crucial. Timely processing and auditing of departmental logistics expenses and offering logistical support like receiving material/service notes, updating SAP stock, and invoicing to finance are also part of the responsibilities.

Participation in ongoing continuous improvement initiatives and proper documentation of work procedures are important commitments to enhance operational effectiveness.

Qualifications and Experience

• Completed at least GCE 'O' level or higher educational qualification.
• Possess between three to four years of experience preparing a full set of export shipping documentation.
• Have one to two years of experience managing shipments under Letters of Credit (LC).
• Proficient user of SAP, particularly the Sales and Distribution (SD) module, as well as Microsoft Excel.
• Demonstrate a meticulous, responsible nature with a proactive approach and a positive attitude.
