Customer Engagement Advisor

Overview

Join Vhi as a Customer Engagement Advisor based in Kilkenny, where you will engage with customers through meaningful conversations and help guide them in their health insurance needs. Responsibilities

• Handle inbound calls from both new and existing customers efficiently and professionally.
• Deliver superior sales and customer service experiences.
• Establish trust and rapport to build lasting customer relationships.
• Assess customer needs and provide tailored health insurance recommendations.
• Manage incoming sales inquiries, including new business and renewals.
• Achieve individual sales and service targets consistently.
• Utilize multiple IT platforms accurately in a fast-moving setting.
• Collaborate effectively with colleagues and other departments.
• Work one Saturday every four weeks, with rotating shift schedules.

Requirements

• Possess a third-level qualification or have 1–2 years of experience in sales or customer service roles.
• Hold or be willing to pursue the APA (CIP or Dip PMI) qualification.
• Demonstrate strong computer literacy and ability to navigate various systems.
• Exhibit a customer-centric mindset with enthusiasm for sales and excellence.
• Flourish in a target-oriented and fast-paced work environment.
• Have excellent English communication skills, both written and spoken.
• Show resilience and confidence while handling complex customer situations.
• Maintain high levels of accuracy and attention to detail.

This position complies with central bank CF3, CF4, and CF5 standards.

Working Conditions
