About the Role

Admiral Solutions is recruiting for the position of Customer Care Specialist to work in the UK shift. Selected candidates will earn a salary of up to ₹31,700 in-hand monthly, along with performance-based incentives. The role involves handling customer support queries primarily via voice communication.

Job Responsibilities

• Providing high-quality customer support through voice interactions.
• Handling inbound calls to assist customers effectively.
• Ensuring excellent customer experience and relationship management.

Requirements

• Applicants must have at least 12 months of prior customer support experience.
• Educational qualification: Undergraduates or graduates are eligible to apply.
• Willingness to work in rotational UK shifts with 7.5 hours login time.
• Ability to work 5 days a week with 2 rotational off days.
