Job Overview

We seek candidates residing anywhere in West Bengal who are fluent in Bengali, English, and Hindi for a Customer Care Executive role supporting a voice advisory process. This position operates in the customer service sector and is fully work-from-home.

Responsibilities

• Handle customer interactions as scheduled according to the roster.
• Demonstrate accountability and ownership in all communications with customers.
• Use appropriate tone and language during conversations.
• Provide effective solutions and educate customers where possible.
• Adhere strictly to guidelines pertaining to products, processes, systems, and policies.
• Keep detailed and accurate records of all customer interactions.
• Meet service standards and timelines consistently.
• Follow all contact center policies, procedures, and codes of conduct.

Requirements

• Fluency in Bengali, English, and Hindi languages is mandatory.
• Age should be above 18 and up to 35 years.
• Minimum education: completion of 10+2 or a graduate degree in any discipline.
• English reading and comprehension skills are essential.
• Strong problem-solving aptitude and customer orientation.
• Good attention to detail with a service mindset.
• Must have own laptop, desktop, or mobile device with reliable internet and a noise-free workspace at home.
• Willingness to work in a 24/7 operational environment with 6-day rotational shifts and one rotational weekly off.

Compensation

Monthly salary ranges between 13,500 to 15,000 INR.
