Role Overview

Key Responsibilities

• Welcome customers to the showroom and attend to their inquiries.
• Identify and interpret customer's preferences, budget, and vehicle requirements.
• Explain various Honda motorcycle and scooter models including their features, specifications, pricing, offers, and benefits.
• Organize and coordinate test rides for interested customers.
• Develop new leads via showroom visits, phone calls, WhatsApp messages, referrals, and local marketing efforts.
• Conduct consistent follow-up with potential buyers to convert inquiries into confirmed bookings and sales.
• Clarify finance, loan, insurance options, exchange policies, and other dealership schemes.
• Liaise with finance and insurance departments to assist customers through documentation and processing.
• Accurately prepare quotations and booking documentation.
• Maintain follow-up till vehicle delivery and coordinate with relevant departments to ensure timely delivery.
• Explain vehicle basics, controls, maintenance schedules, and warranty details at delivery.
• Foster positive relations with both current and prospective customers.
• Make post-delivery calls to assess customer satisfaction and handle concerns professionally, ensuring quick resolution.
• Manage customer and lead data efficiently using CRM tools, Excel, or dealership software.
• Strive to meet monthly sales and booking targets consistently.

Compensation

This position offers a monthly salary between 10,000 and 12,000 INR.
