Customer Care Executive

Job Overview

We are seeking Customer Care Executives for a position based in Ameerpet, Hyderabad. This role involves managing both inbound and outbound calls with professionalism and empathy to assist patients in scheduling, rescheduling, and canceling appointments. You will be responsible for addressing patient inquiries about medical services, doctor availability, billing, and insurance, while strictly maintaining patient confidentiality. Your primary aim will be to provide accurate information, resolve concerns promptly, and ensure a positive experience for patients through courteous and timely assistance.

Qualifications

• Completion of Intermediate education in any discipline.
• Fluency in English, Telugu and Hindi, or Bengali, English and Hindi is required.
• Possession of valid Aadhaar and PAN cards is mandatory.

Terms and Conditions

• This is a 2-year contractual role.
• Working hours are 9 hours per day with rotational shifts.
• Employees receive 4 weekly off days per month on a rotation basis.
• The salary is offered as a net take-home pay, with no deductions for PF, ESI, or bonuses.

Training and Certification

• Shortlisted candidates will participate in a Training and Certification Program.
• Only candidates who acquire certification through this program will be eligible to commence work.

Additional Information

• There is no bond agreement and no need to submit original documents.
