About Vijay Home Services
Join Vijay Home Services for an opportunity to learn, grow, and succeed as a Customer Care Executive in Bangalore, Karnataka.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle a defined number of incoming phone calls efficiently.
- Understand and evaluate customer needs to ensure their satisfaction.
- Establish and maintain trustworthy, lasting relationships with customer accounts through clear, open communication.
- Deliver precise, complete information using appropriate tools and methods.
- Achieve individual and team call handling targets.
Language Requirements
Fluency in any of the following language combinations is required: Telugu-English-Hindi or Kannada-English-Hindi.
Work Schedule
Work shifts include 8 AM to 5 PM, 9 AM to 6 PM, 10 AM to 7 PM, or 2 PM to 10 PM.
Additional Information
Immediate joiners will be preferred.
