Customer Care Executive

Job Overview

We are seeking an Associate Customer Support Executive for voice-based operations at our Hyderabad location. This is a permanent full-time position offering a monthly salary ranging from INR 21,000 to 26,000, with annual packages starting at 2.5 lakh for freshers and increasing based on experience.

Language and Communication Requirements

• Fluency in English and Hindi is mandatory.
• Knowledge of regional languages like Kannada, Tamil, and Malayalam is preferred for about 10% of call volume.
• Candidates should have a SVAR score of 48 or above.

Educational Qualifications and Skills

• Applicants must be undergraduate or graduate in any discipline.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills, with clear articulation, correct diction, and fluency.
• Excellent comprehension, tone modulation, and pronunciation are essential.

Role Responsibilities

• Manage both inbound and outbound calls professionally and efficiently.
• Handle high volumes of calls while maintaining excellent customer interaction skills.
• Ensure timely responses to customer queries with a customer-focused and problem-solving approach.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of process changes and daily operational updates.
• Follow the designated login, production hours, and adhere to break schedules strictly.

Working Hours and Shift Details

• Total working hours: 10 hours per day, with 9 hours of production time.
• Shift timings are rotational: 24/7 shifts for male employees, while female employees have rotational day shifts.
• After training, work schedule includes 5 working days with 2 rotational weekly offs.
