Customer Care Executive

About the Role

We are looking for a dedicated Customer Care Executive to join our team at Thanishi Infra Projects, based in Narsingi, Hyderabad. This is a full-time, office-based role offering a competitive salary with added incentives.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide sales support along with managing customer and client relations.
• Oversee account management and handle associated documentation.
• Maintain and update property listings across multiple listing services and various online real estate platforms.
• Handle incoming calls, respond to client inquiries promptly, and organize property showings or open house schedules.

Qualifications and Skills

• Possess any Bachelor's degree, MBA in Marketing, Diploma, or have a minimum of three years' experience in the real estate sector.
• Demonstrate polished telephone etiquette, proficiency in email communication, and competency in MS Office applications.
• Communicate effectively in English, Hindi, and Telugu.

• Work schedule includes Saturdays and Sundays; Tuesdays serve as designated weekly off days.
