Customer Care Executive

About the Role

Rajkumar Jain Matrimonial Services is looking for a Customer Care Executive based in Hyderabad, Andhra Pradesh. This position requires excellent communication skills, clients’ query management, and delivering professional customer support.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver proactive and courteous customer care services to assigned clients.
• Provide initial support and respond promptly to client inquiries.
• Analyze client information, escalate issues appropriately, and ensure timely resolutions.
• Coordinate with different departments to address and resolve client concerns.
• Stay updated on internal policies, procedures, regulations, and product details to offer accurate client guidance.

Requirements

• Completed graduation or intermediate education in any discipline.
• Excellent fluency in Hindi and basic communication skills in English.
• Ability to listen effectively, understand client queries, and persuade clients when necessary.
• Recognized degree in business or related field preferred, but any bachelor's degree is acceptable.
• Strong leadership potential and proactive mindset.
• Self-driven, enthusiastic, with a clear focus on delivering outstanding service.
• Excellent verbal and written command over English and Hindi.
• Positive attitude, adaptability, and flexibility in approach.
• Highly organized, goal-focused, motivated, and dynamic in work style.

Salary Details

The monthly compensation ranges from 20000 to 65000 INR.
