Key Responsibilities

• Attend to visitors or patients, recognize their requirements, and guide them appropriately.
• Respond to incoming telephone calls and handle the receipt and dispatch of reports and couriers.
• Provide accurate information, transfer calls to the relevant departments, and make outbound calls.
• Record messages diligently and exercise independent judgment during emergencies or challenging scenarios such as payment refusals.
• Operate the hospital information system and other designated IT software periodically.
• Maintain adherence to customer care guidelines ensuring quality service.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Graduate or postgraduate degree in any discipline.
• Basic computer knowledge is beneficial.
• 0 to 3 years of experience, preferably within the hospital sector.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Demonstrates leadership qualities.
• Analytical and mathematical skills to work accurately with medical details and calculations.
• People-oriented, adaptable, and flexible to various situations.
• Ability to communicate tactfully, occasionally overcoming language barriers.
• Understanding of medical terminology and ability to interpret tabular information without errors.
