Role Overview

Key Responsibilities

• Provide courteous and efficient customer support through phone, email, and other communication platforms.
• Take ownership of inquiries and ensure customer requests are handled promptly and resolved within designated deadlines.
• Examine customer purchasing history to determine service needs and identify potential upselling opportunities.
• Inform customers about relevant new products and services when appropriate.

Candidate Profile

• Preferred but not mandatory: previous experience in a busy call center environment.
• Strong customer focus combined with a solution-driven and imaginative approach to resolving challenges.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills to effectively engage with clients.
• Proactive and dependable attitude welcomed, especially from those new to the customer service field.
