Job Overview
As a Customer Assurance Specialist, you will independently oversee the comprehensive review of customer complaints, ensuring that evaluations are impartial, thorough, and comply with regulatory requirements. You will conduct deep investigations to identify underlying causes of issues and communicate resolutions clearly and professionally to customers.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform end-to-end assessments of customer complaints autonomously, maintaining fairness and adherence to regulatory standards.
- Investigate and pinpoint root causes of customer issues.
- Compose and send clear, professional, and prompt formal responses to customers about their case results.
- Collaborate with various internal teams on complaint investigations and share valuable customer feedback insights.
- Propose changes to policies or processes based on recurring complaint patterns and feedback.
- Lead efforts aimed at improving the overall customer experience.
Required Qualifications and Skills
- Possession of a Bachelor’s degree or an equivalent qualification.
- Experience in customer service or dispute resolution, preferably within banking or financial services.
- Strong verbal and written communication capabilities.
- Effective multitasking, prioritization, and time management skills.
- Excellent analytical thinking, problem-solving, and stakeholder management proficiencies.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office tools, including Excel and Word.
