Role Overview

The Customer Assistant position is a full-time, on-site role based in New Delhi. The key responsibilities include welcoming and assisting customers, providing detailed information on products, facilitating purchases, and addressing after-sales queries. The role also entails managing sales transactions, keeping product displays attractive and well-stocked, maintaining an organized customer area, resolving client issues, supporting promotional efforts, and relaying customer feedback to improve service and offerings.

Qualifications and Skills

• Proficient customer service and communication skills to professionally assist and build lasting customer relationships.
• Ability to conduct sales guidance and educate customers and team members about the products.
• Competence in stock monitoring, inventory control, and record maintenance.
• Capacity to work on-site in New Delhi, including the possibility of weekends or extended working hours.
• Strong interpersonal abilities, patience, and a customer-centric attitude.
• Basic computer skills and familiarity with point-of-sale systems.
• Genuine interest in health, fitness, and wellness; prior experience in retail or client-facing roles is beneficial.
• Minimum educational requirement of a high school diploma or an equivalent qualification. Additional certifications in retail, nutrition, or wellness are advantageous.
