Custom Framer

About the Role

Hobby Lobby is looking for organized individuals passionate about customer service to join as Framers. We are a dynamic and fast-growing upscale retail chain specializing in a comprehensive assortment of arts and crafts supplies, home décor accents, seasonal items, fabric, and floral products. Our framing department offers ready-made frames, open woods, custom framing services, and a broad range of frame-related supplies.

Working Hours

Stores operate Monday through Saturday from 9:00 AM to 8:00 PM and remain closed on Sundays. We offer full-time, part-time, and seasonal framing positions.

Compensation

• Full-time starting pay ranges between $20.15 and $21.15 per hour.
• Part-time and seasonal starting pay ranges between $15.75 and $16.75 per hour.

Key Duties

• Order necessary framing supplies timely and efficiently.
• Maintain cleanliness and proper stocking levels in the framing department.
• Deliver outstanding customer service to patrons.
• Complete all framing assignments within set deadlines.
• Perform framing tasks related to art, needlework, and cross-stitch.

Required Qualifications

• Knowledgeable in Fine Arts.
• Experience working with custom molding for picture framing.
• Strong customer service skills.
• Experience with merchandise displays.
• Basic computer proficiency.
• Dependable, trustworthy, and able to provide prior work references.
