Job Summary
We are seeking a committed Custodian to join our Sparkle Squad. This role involves maintaining cleanliness and organization across various facility areas, ensuring a neat and safe environment for all occupants.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain facility cleanliness including restrooms, offices, cafeteria, sales floor, and additional assigned areas.
- Perform tasks such as sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, trash and recycling removal.
- Replenish supplies and report facility maintenance concerns promptly.
- Operate small power tools safely when required.
- Work independently and collaboratively to ensure smooth operations.
Qualifications
- Attention to detail with a strong commitment to cleanliness.
- Dependable and punctual work ethic.
- Ability to work both independently and within a team setting.
- Willingness to perform physical labor, including lifting up to 50 pounds, and repetitive movements like bending, reaching, squatting, and climbing.
Physical and Work Environment Requirements
- Capability to conduct physical activities such as stooping, kneeling, crawling, and extended standing or walking, including stairs and ladders.
- Comfort working in areas that may lack full air conditioning.
- Able to handle fast-paced or demanding work conditions effectively.
