Customer care is fundamental to the company ethos. As a Sales Executive, you will need to understand and consistently deliver outstanding customer service, whether working solo or supporting the sales team.

About the Role
As an essential member of the Sales Team, your duties will include:
- Carrying out all stages of the sales process to company standards and methods.
- Keeping comprehensive and accurate sales records.
- Utilizing available tools and resources to become a specialist in your field.
- Leading and sustaining a culture of excellent customer service, meeting customer needs and following a robust communication strategy.
- Seizing every chance to boost team and company success by informing customers about additional relevant products and services.
Qualifications & Skills
- Prior experience in the motor industry is desirable.
- Strong communication abilities.
- Customer-facing experience is essential.
- High attention to detail.
- A full UK driving licence is mandatory.
Compensation
The starting pay is £20,000 plus bonus, increasing to £23,000 plus bonus after successful completion of CUPRA Accreditation.
