About the Role
Meshaal Medical Complex in Makkah, Saudi Arabia is looking to hire a skilled CSSD Supervisor to lead and manage the Central Sterile Services Department efficiently and ensure adherence to high standards.
Responsibilities
- Manage daily operations of the CSSD and oversee team members to ensure optimal performance.
- Guarantee correct procedures for instrument decontamination, sterilization, and traceability.
- Maintain stringent quality assurance protocols, accurate record-keeping, and uphold infection prevention and control best practices.
- Ensure full compliance with relevant healthcare regulations and the standards set by CBAHI.
Requirements
- Possess relevant professional credentials alongside substantial experience in CSSD supervision and operations.
- Hold valid professional classification and registration as necessary for the role.
- Demonstrate comprehensive knowledge of sterilization protocols, quality management systems, and infection control procedures.
