Role Overview

We are looking for dedicated CS Specialists to offer timely and effective technical chat support to our customers worldwide. Your main responsibility will be resolving customer queries efficiently while maintaining high service standards.

Compensation and Benefits

• Base monthly salary of ₹20,000
• Shift allowance averaging ₹4,500 monthly, variable based on workload
• Overtime pay depending on workload fluctuations
• Monthly travel allowance of ₹3,000 or internet reimbursement of ₹1,200 (averaged, assuming regular office commuting or internet expenses)

Eligibility Criteria

• Graduation/Postgraduation in any discipline
• Strong written English communication skills
• Willingness to work shifts on a rotational basis
• Located in or near Coimbatore

Interview Process

• Written English proficiency test
• HR interview
• Final interview with team lead to evaluate verbal and client communication skills

Work Environment

The role follows a hybrid work model requiring presence at the office for two days per week, subject to adjustments based on operational needs.
