Job Description

A Crusher Operator is entrusted with the responsibility of safely and efficiently running cement crusher machinery. This role demands consistent monitoring and upkeep to ensure the equipment delivers optimal performance without interruptions.

Key Duties and Responsibilities

• Operate crusher equipment carefully to maintain smooth and effective functionality.
• Perform regular inspections of machines to detect wear and tear and undertake routine maintenance tasks.
• Observe all safety rules to protect themselves and coworkers from crushing operation hazards.
• Diagnose and resolve mechanical problems promptly to prevent operational delays.
• Keep detailed records of operational timelines, materials processed, and input data into tracking systems as needed.
• Coordinate with maintenance personnel and supervisors to address equipment concerns swiftly and reduce downtime.

Required Skills and Competencies

• Proven ability to operate heavy crushing machinery with efficiency and safety.
• Skill in conducting preventive maintenance and identifying mechanical faults.

Compensation and Terms

The monthly salary for this position ranges from 20,000 to 30,000 INR.
