CRM Manager

Position Overview

We are looking for an experienced CRM Manager to spearhead our customer relationship management efforts. This role focuses on crafting strategic CRM plans that enhance customer engagement, retention, and long-term value. The CRM Manager will be responsible for segmenting customers, designing targeted outreach campaigns, analyzing behavioral and performance metrics, and refining communication methods across various channels such as email and direct messaging.

This position requires close coordination with marketing, sales, product development, and data analytics teams to optimize the customer journey, boost interaction levels, and achieve quantifiable business outcomes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, Data Analytics, or a similar discipline.
• In-depth knowledge of CRM strategies including understanding customer life cycles, segmentation techniques, retention methods, and engagement practices.
• Experience using CRM software and marketing automation platforms, with familiarity with Salesforce, HubSpot, or equivalent systems as a preferred advantage.
• Strong analytical capabilities to interpret customer data and derive actionable insights guiding decision-making processes.
• Expertise in campaign development, including the use of A/B testing, personalization techniques, and methods for optimizing campaign results.
• Exceptional communication abilities, project management experience, and aptitude for working effectively across different teams.
• High attention to detail, commercial insight, and a customer-centric approach.
• Capability to juggle multiple projects and translate company goals into impactful CRM strategies.
