CRM Manager

Role Overview

We are looking for a strategic and result-driven CRM Manager to spearhead initiatives aimed at enhancing customer engagement, retention, and loyalty. The successful candidate will design and implement CRM strategies, manage customer segmentation and lifecycle programs, analyze customer behavior and performance data, and optimize communications across key channels.

Key Responsibilities

The CRM Manager will collaborate with marketing, sales, product, and data teams to discover growth opportunities, refine customer journeys, and deploy personalized campaigns. Monitoring key CRM metrics, conducting campaign evaluations, deriving actionable insights, and continuously enhancing engagement and retention strategies are also essential duties.

Required Qualifications

• A bachelor's degree or higher in Marketing, Business, Communications, Data Analytics, or a related field.
• Deep knowledge of CRM concepts including customer lifecycle management, segmentation, retention, and engagement approaches.
• Strong analytical abilities to convert customer data into practical insights and solutions.
• Experience with CRM platforms, marketing automation tools, customer databases, and analytics environments.
• Proficiency with Excel, PowerPoint, and other relevant CRM or data analysis tools.
• Excellent communication, project coordination, and teamwork skills.
• A customer-centric approach combined with keen attention to detail and commercial insight.
• Capability to juggle multiple tasks, enhance campaign effectiveness, and make informed data-driven decisions.
• Demonstrated strategic thinking, creativity, autonomy, and the ability to execute plans effectively.
