CRM Executive

Job Overview

As a CRM Executive at Indics Solution located in Lower Parel, Mumbai, you will manage order bookings, track deliveries, and ensure seamless communication with dealers and distributors to proactively address their needs. You will handle follow-ups diligently and coordinate with dispatch teams while managing complaint resolutions related to quality and short supply.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and record customer orders efficiently.
• Monitor supply timelines especially for grey and finished products.
• Coordinate dispatch activities to ensure timely delivery.
• Attend to and resolve customer complaints regarding product quality and shortages.
• Maintain proactive communication with dealers and distributors to keep them informed.

Essential Qualifications and Experience

• 2 to 5 years of experience in textile sector or B2B sales support.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel for data management and reporting.
• Familiarity with ERP software usage.
• Fluent in both Hindi and English languages.
• Knowledge of shirting trade terms is advantageous.

Additional Information

This role requires presence at the company’s office located in Lower Parel, Mumbai.

Compensation: Monthly salary ranging between 20,000 and 28,000 INR.
