Role Overview
This position requires a candidate with a strong foundation in Computer Science, Information Technology, or Engineering, coupled with several years of hands-on experience in Microsoft Dynamics CRM and Dynamics 365 development. The ideal professional will engage in CRM customization, configuration, workflow design, plugin implementation, and integration tasks.
Key Responsibilities and Experience
- Customizing, configuring, and managing Dynamics CRM solutions.
- Developing plugins and workflows for various CRM functions.
- Integrating CRM with other applications using REST or SOAP web services.
- Writing robust code using C# and the .NET framework.
- Administering and configuring Microsoft IIS environments.
- Managing source code and versioning using tools such as Azure DevOps or TFS.
Preferred Knowledge and Skills
- Working familiarity with the Microsoft Power Platform – Power Apps and Power Automate are advantageous.
- Basic understanding of Microsoft Azure services is beneficial.
- Experience operating within Agile and Waterfall project methodologies.
