CRM Campaign Coordinator

About This Role

Freedom Australia is seeking a passionate CRM Campaign Coordinator based in North Ryde, NSW, to help craft effective customer communication strategies across Australia and New Zealand. The successful candidate will work alongside the CRM & Loyalty Manager and the broader Customer team to deliver impactful campaigns.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and implement CRM campaigns via email, SMS, and MMS platforms.
• Oversee the daily operations of the promotional CRM calendar to ensure timely execution.
• Create and coordinate creative briefs and detailed campaign specifications.
• Build, test, schedule, and launch campaigns with precision and accuracy.
• Track campaign outcomes and provide insightful performance analyses.
• Ensure adherence to brand guidelines, legal standards, and compliance for all campaigns.
• Work collaboratively with internal teams to produce compelling customer communications.

Candidate Profile

• Minimum of one year of experience in CRM, marketing, or campaign coordination roles.
• Proven ability in executing marketing campaigns, including email direct marketing (eDM), direct marketing, and social media campaigns.
• Exceptional attention to detail and strong project management capabilities.
• Excellent communication skills paired with effective stakeholder management.
• Commercially aware with solid analytical aptitude.
• Self-motivated, organized, and capable of managing multiple tasks simultaneously.
• A strong passion for marketing and enhancing customer experience.
