As a Crew Member, you'll play an essential role supporting the Store Manager and Team Leaders to ensure the store runs efficiently while delivering outstanding service. This position involves direct customer engagement in a lively, high-volume setting where no two days are identical.

Responsibilities

• Assist Team Leaders in daily store operations and activities.
• Provide excellent customer service that fosters loyalty and encourages repeat visits.
• Help maintain an efficient and smooth experience on the shop floor during customer interactions.
• Contribute to meeting sales targets and store key performance indicators (KPIs).
• Ensure the store maintains high standards of cleanliness, food safety, and presentation.

Candidate Profile

• Experience in food service or retail crew roles is desirable.
• Highly reliable and punctual with strong communication capabilities.
